For your Psp internet... did you checked if " WLAN " is on...?
1st- go to the internet section
2nd- Scan for internet connections
3rd- choose your connection, if you have a password. Enter it.

When all of these steps are finish. you only need to click on that connection you've just created and you can go on internet.
The first page would be GOOGLE . Well enjoy ...
