yes i would recommend you. seem like a decent guy. fair to people. nice and helpful. i would give this applications a 6/10. hope you get the admin spot.

umm giveme some time to think ill give it 9/10 but still i will be spying on u during some days and if u get what requirements i need from you so u get admin. i wont lock it since i dident dicide yet
